It's pretty funny that your sister used to do the same thing. I think I agree with your thoughts on men and décor...they might not notice all the little details, but they do appreciate the overall feeling and ambiance that décor can offerMadame Melvillehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14014342177820042162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8115396648811285835.post-17634841996632349242016-07-09T00:12:42.468-04:002016-07-09T00:12:42.468-04:00I love this post so much, and especially your son ...I love this post so much, and especially your son with his chicken because where we lived when I was a teen, we had a small number of chickens. My sister was the chicken lover and would sometimes sneak one into her bedroom. Because we'd have the external doors open in the summer, sometimes my mum could be heard shooing a chicken out of her kitchen. Good memories!

What I've realised about men and decor, is that they don't really mind what we do, but they REALLY appreciate it, even if they don't say so. Any pottering and beautifying that we do, no matter how small, not only makes us happy but it improves the experience of those whom we live with as well. That's nice to think about!Fiona Ferrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01493105915055099408noreply@blogger.com
